Isaac's life before Dotterer Disposal
Isaac Dotterer, owner of Dotterer Disposal, started working at a local boarding kennel when he was 14 years old. He worked a few days a week after school, almost every weekend, riding his bike a 4-mile round trip when he didn't have a ride. He worked there until he was 18 years old and then got a job with a private waste hauler.
The waste industry changed Isaac’s life. He learned a lot and met a lot of great people. Isaac started off in a non-CDL truck and worked his way up to a CDL class B. He’s been on the back of trucks collecting trash, washed trash receptacles out in the middle of winter, delivered and removed equipment, painted and repaired dumpsters, and covered residential and commercial routes.
The start of Dotterer Disposal
After the small private garbage company was sold to a corporate company, Isaac decided to start his own business. In April 2014, Isaac started Dotterer Disposal with one truck and 10 dumpsters. Over the years, he has built up to over 120 dumpsters and three trucks, as well as hired an additional employee as a driver. Isaac strives for great service at a competitive price.

Isaac is the single Owner-Operator of Dotterer Disposal. He takes all the calls and emails, does the scheduling, makes the deliveries, completes the removals and swap-outs, and organizes invoices all on his own. He values and is deeply grateful for all of his customers and always lives up to the standard of excellent service.
